Adele Webb, PhD, RN, FNAP, FAAN ,is the Executive Dean of Healthcare Initiatives at Capella University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Akron, her Master’s in Nursing from The Ohio State University and her PhD in Nursing from Wayne State University.
